Holiday Inn Express Tallahassee - I-10 E by IHG

The rooms are a bit dated, but the location is perfect if you're passing through for the night. And the staff was very warm and friendly. There are several restaurants within walking distance as well.

Holiday Inn Express Tallahassee is amazing. Great service from the front desk- I came in late and tired after getting in from a delayed flight in the Front Desk worker was very patient with me. The room was an excellent condition – very cozy. Highly recommend staying at Holiday Inn express!

Customer service was amazing! Nyeashia, in particular, went above and beyond to make sure our family was comfortable and welcome. She was so attentive to our needs, even with a full lobby! Our room was clean, our beds were comfy, felt safe at the location, and a great breakfast on the way out. Definitely a spot to consider if you’re passing through Tallahassee!

While it's a older hotel in need of some modern updates, the staff is amazing. Nyeashia and the young man at the front desk were amazing. Nyeashia upon check in was superb in helping me check in without waiting. Very friendly and wanting to meet my needs. The young man at the front while he could not do what I requesting, tried everything he could to meet my needs. These 2 employees exemplify the true meaning of customer service.

I was especially impressed by all who worked in this Hotel. I want to particularly mention Penny who worked the breakfast area. She went above and beyond and was pleasant the entire time that breakfast was available. There was a lot of younger wrestling teams staying and waiting for the breakfast bar to open. She was helpful and accommodating in every way with a big smile. How she kept up, I can't imagine. She deserves special recognition!

We stayed one night for the Savana Banana game. We were permitted to check in a couple of hours early. Clean establishment. Bed is more firm than I prefer. Waffle maker was broken. Hotel was packed, probably sold out. They kept breakfast items stocked and fresh, keeping up with the crowd. Biscuits and sausage gravy, scrambled eggs, sausage, oatmeal, bagels, cereal, bananas, apples, yogurt, coffee, and juices. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Close to the interstate. Hotel was quiet, despite the number of people booked.

Clean rooms and fantastic service. Please keep in mind that these are not brand new properties.. but the staff is doing the best they can. Great location next to the interstate. Breakfast was very good. And safe parking lots. Elevators are pretty slow, but that is to be expected for the age of the property.

One of the better run and nicer hotels that we have stayed in. Jennifer at the front desk was a pleasure to work with, as well as the rest of the staff. Susan, the breakfast- room hostess was an absolute delight. Could not have come across as more pleasant and professional.
